• Professional Growth - Support for Continuing Professional Education
  
  Valuable staff members with a desire to grow and learn are an asset to Goldstein Lewin & Co. They promote workplace productivity and increase morale for the entire firm. Each staff member has a desire to grow and develop and it is our responsibility to support them in the accomplishment of this goal. Goldstein Lewin & Co. provides several types of Continuing Professional Education to its employees.
  
  Our in-house training takes several forms:
  • Seminars designed and carried out by some of our highly experienced staff
  • Internet based self study programs
  • Training programs tailored to our firm and executed by outside training specialists
  • Lunch and learn programs
  • Informal on-the-job training
  
  Outside training is also available to our staff when specialty or advanced knowledge is required. Reimbursement is provided for approved travel and lodging when attending out-of-town programs.
  
  Our Individualized Career Development plans are carefully developed for each staff member and consist of a variety of in-house and outside training.
  
  
• Becker Professional Review "Preferred Provider"
  
  Goldstein Lewin & Co. strives to find ways to assist its employees in their professional development especially those who wish to obtain their CPA licenses and will be seeking professional help to aid them in their studies for the CPA exam. We've aligned with Becker Professional Review to become one of their "Preferred Providers". The benefit of this relationship is that all Goldstein Lewin & Co staff and new hires who enroll in Becker's CPA review course (all four parts) receive a discount off the standard tuition. Obtaining the discount is easy, just let Becker know at your time of enrollment that Goldstein Lewin & Co. is a "Preferred Provider" and they will do the rest.
  
  This applies to any of Becker's following three programs:
  • In-Class (Live) CPA Review Course
  • Online CPA Review Course
  • Self-Study CD CPA Review Course
  
  The discounted tuition includes all course materials including textbooks and PassMaster/Simulation/Final Exam software.
  
  Staff members who do not pass the CPA Examination utilizing one of Becker's programs, as outlined above, will be entitled to repeat the course at no tuition charge provided they adhere to course policies and procedures. Repeat students will be responsible for enrollment and materials fees.
