Salvatore Bochicchio

Sal Bochicchio, CPA, earned his Bachelor of Science degree from C.W. Post College in 1977
and his MS degree in taxation from Pace University in 1985. A certified public accountant since
1979, he is licensed to practice in both Florida and New York.
Mr. Bochicchio has proven his expertise in business valuations by earning the prestigious
credentials Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants.
He is primarily involved in the valuation of small to medium sized businesses. His services are used in mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements, estate and gift tax planning and divorces. He has over 30 years of experience with medium-sized local and national accounting firms during which time he acquired expertise in federal income taxation, estate planning, IRS audit and appeals representation, business valuations, and litigation support services.
Mr. Bochicchio is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tax
Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and its Forensic and Valuation
Section.
