Lawrence A. Rosenblum

Lawrence A. Rosenblum, CPA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Allegheny College in 1987. Licensed in the states of New York and Florida, he has more than twenty years of public accounting experience.
Prior to joining Goldstein Lewin In 1994, Mr. Rosenblum focused on tax planning and consulting for professional service, real estate and manufacturing companies in the New York and Los Angeles metropolitan areas.
At Goldstein Lewin, he provides consulting and tax services primarily for the firm's real estate clients and is a Principal of
Cost Segregation Solutions, LLC. This company provides cost segregation studies for owners of commercial property. The studies he has performed have saved clients as much as $1.2 million for a single property. Larry is a frequent lecturer in cost segregation to the banking, legal and real estate communities.
Mr. Rosenblum is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Larry resides in Boca Raton, Florida, with his wife and two daughters. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing squash and racquetball.
